by Adam Packard

Stay the Course is a compilation of lessons learned along Adam Packard’s SendOutCards journey. About The Author

Adam Packard grew up in a small town in Maine. Unsure of what career path to choose, and being good at golf, he pursued a career as a golf professional, and graduated from Penn State with a Professional Golf Management and Business Degree. He worked at numerous courses and then moved Denver after college. Adam got burned out teaching lessons, not playing any golf, working long hours, and making very little money.

A phone call from his older brother Jeff opened the door to an opportunity to move to Scottsdale, Arizona, to travel and work with legendary sales trainer and motivational speaker Tom Hopkins.

Adam had zero network marketing or direct sales background, but after watching his father and brother have early success with the network marketing opportunity SendOutCards, he dove in and made it the right opportunity.

Adam wrote this book to help other distributors, regardless of their experience, learn some of the principles he’s learned through building his SendOutCards business. The fundamentals never change, and Adam encourages everyone to stick to the core principles.

Many network marketing distributors get started, get frustrated, and give up, Adam says. “Stay the course. Know what it takes to be successful. Apply these principles to your business,” he says. “If you and your team members know what they are getting into when they begin, you will be more likely to keep your team members moving forward,  because they know what they need to do to be successful.”
